Enara
Enara is a project that produces therapeutic and social cards and interactive games. It offers interactive workshops that combine fun with depth, giving participants room to express themselves, reflect, exchange ideas and discover new angles in themselves and in their relationships with others.

Who is Enara designed for?
For counseling and psychological-support professionals, teachers and educators, families and individuals, and anyone who wants to bring a new spirit to meetings and events and turn them into inspiring, meaningful experiences.
The project was developed by psychologist Heba Farhat, in partnership with the Shams team and the Brain Gym store, where psychological expertise meets creativity so that every card becomes an opportunity and every workshop the start of a different conversation.
Enara releases
- Wijha (Destination) © 2026 — these cards use the metaphorical associative approach (MACs) to open a conversation about reflecting on the current path and the destination.
- A Hard Moment © 2026 — therapeutic cards that use questions and guided reflection to get through hard situations and build psychological resilience. They help re-evaluate difficult situations, identify sources of support and learn from past experiences.
