Our team combines teaching expertise, scientific knowledge and creative thinking to design programs, activities and tools that respond to the needs of learners, teachers and educational institutions.
We accompany schools from understanding the challenge to building the solution, through educational programs, field experiences, professional training, and games, tools and spaces that strengthen learning.

Our identity is inspired by the sunbird, the small bird whose brilliant colors appear when sunlight touches it, and which adapts well to different environments.
We see in its story a reflection of our educational philosophy: every learner has potential, every environment has its needs, and every challenge is a chance to discover new abilities when given enough light to show them.
At Shams, we provide the space, tools and experiences that help this potential appear, grow and shine.
Since its founding, Shams has served more than 130 schools in Jerusalem and elsewhere, including municipal schools, official Ministry of Education schools and private schools. We have also provided educational consulting and services to schools abroad, in line with our vision of developing education and widening its impact.
We believe innovation is the foundation of sustainable educational development. That is why we build our programs with creativity and expertise, and hold the intellectual property rights to more than 20 educational programs and 10 educational tours registered in the company's name. We have also designed dozens of programs and educational products with different institutions, responding to their needs and learning goals.
Investing in teaching staff is central to our journey. We have helped qualify and train dozens of new teachers, delivered workshops and specialized training for school teams over the years, and accompanied schools and education leaders in improving the learning process.
Our impact reaches thousands of students who took part in our programs and trainings. A leading example is the Brain Gym program, which more than 10,000 students have benefited from. We also equipped resource rooms and specialized learning spaces in 30 schools, and Brain Gym products include more than 500 games and learning tools: language and intelligence games, therapeutic games that support learning, speech, hearing and different learning needs, as well as movement and sports games, science games and robotics.
We develop our programs from in-depth study of educational needs, working with specialists in research, design and evaluation to ensure the quality of the content and its fit for target groups, and to increase the educational value for every student, teacher and school.
